Required Application Materials

- Transcripts
- One unofficial transcript from each university attended must be uploaded within the application.
- 3 Current letters of recommendation
- The email addresses of three recommenders are required within the application for electronic submission.
- Statement of purpose
- The statement of purpose for MPS applicants should reflect the applicant’s career goals, how the applicant’s educational background and work experience will contribute to their experience in the MPS program, and how attending the MPS program will assist the applicant in achieving their goals.
- Resume/CV
- Standardized test scores (GRE/MCAT) are not required. Applicants may submit GRE/MCAT scores if they feel that it will enhance and strengthen their application (optional). If you choose to self-report test scores, official scores will become a required component of the application.
International Students Only
- TOEFL or IELTS score (no more than 2 years old) -

The MPS in BMHI accepts applications for Fall and Spring semesters. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
