Creating an Individual Development Plan: Putting Your Degree to Work

Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are important tools to assess skills, explore career options, and create goals to advance your career trajectory. This workshop will guide participants through the process of creating an IDP using interactive self-assessments, skills mapping exercises, and ways to communicate your plan with mentors and advisors. Masters and PhD students in all disciplines are encouraged to attend. Lunch provided.
